At ZephyrNest, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and ensure a smooth customer experience. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

1. No Standard Refunds

  • Once a product is purchased and the download link is provided, refunds are not available.

2. Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If a product is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase with details.

  • Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests will be reviewed, and a resolution will be provided within 5 business days.

4. Exchanges or Replacements

  • In cases where a refund is approved, we may instead offer a replacement or an alternative product of equivalent value.
